Terms & Conditions of booking

What you will be stitching
In this class, you'll start creating a unique piece by stitching an inspirational quote on a tote bag (cost of the tote bag is included in the cost of the class). You can choose from our various templates for text and font, or design your own if you're feeling creative. You'll also add decorative elements, either from our templates or your own imagination, and enhance your work with beads and sequins for a finishing touch.
While you won't finish your piece during the class, you'll have all the skills needed to complete it at home.
What is included in the class
All you need for this class is included (the tote bag you will be stitching on, a choice of templates for your artwork, an embroidery hoop, needles of different sizes, an extended choice of threads, countless beads and sequins to embellish your piece).
All you need to bring is your boundless imagination.
To ensure your creative journey continues beyond the class, we provide some of the materials you need to complete your work in your own time: two thread colours of your choice, one meter each, a needle and a selection of 10 beads and 10 sequins.
And if you are eager to explore even further, additional materials are available for purchase right at the venue, just ask the teacher.
What to bring
Each booking includes a complimentary tote bag. If you’d prefer to bring your own bag to support our sustainability efforts, we’d love to thank you with £2 off the cost of your class. Simply use the code MYBAG at checkout to redeem your discount. If you happen to see this after booking and are planning to bring your own tote bag to the class, we’re unfortunately unable to refund the £2 - but we’ll happily give you £2 off any embroidery kits available to purchase on the day of the class instead.
Suitable tote bags for stitching include traditional canvas tote bags, soft corduroy bags and denim tote bags (only if not lined). If you are not sure if your tote bag is suitable for the class, just send us a picture of the outside and the inside via Instagram @yoo.hoop.london and we’ll be able to help.
If your class is happening at Heinma studio (SW8 3JH), you can take your own booze with you. Complimentary tea and biscuits will be available throughout the session.

Duration: 2h. To ensure a seamless start to the class, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Your punctuality helps us maintain the flow of the session without any interruptions.
Experience required: none. Whether you're a seasoned pro or picking up a needle for the first time, you'll fit right in. No pressure here - just good times and crafty vibes.
